A leader will always be the first to invest in what appears to be a risky endeveaor. Why? A leader understands that the investment is risky, and that it necessary for growth.

Growth is not optional. Where growth lacks, control is ceded. A business owner can not stop growth, but if they become so fearful that ignore, they can be sure that they will be outgrown.
